CLETUS NELSON NWADIKE was born in Nigeria in 1966 and moved to Sweden in
1990 to escape political oppression in his home country. From a trilingual background
of Igbo, Hausa and English, Cletus chose Swedish as his literary language. He has published three books of poetry and a fourth is soon to come. He has also authored a children’s book, and he writes radio programs for a series called “At the End of the Day.” One of the most recognized young poets of Sweden, he has presented his poems at international festivals in Sweden, Italy and at the San Francisco International Poetry Festival in 2007.
